When Lady Autumns\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 golden rays
\nBegin to say adieu
\nA fairy with a fashion sense
\nMust think of something new<\/p>\n

Silken sleeves and petal skirts
\nPossess a certain flair
\nBut won\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t pass fairy muster
\nIn the frost and chilly air<\/p>\n

Bunny\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s fur and spider\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s web
\nWere popular last year
\nBut much too hard to harvest
\nAnd the weaving I can\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t bare<\/p>\n

The fuzzies from the goose\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s wing
\nAre easy to accrue
\nI’m always very nice to them
\nThey let me sift right through<\/p>\n

The friendly flocks flew south before
\nI made my bold request
\nThe thought of wearing hand-me-downs
\nPut my senses to the test<\/p>\n

I pondered my dilemma
\nWhile strolling through the glade
\nAnd spied a natural haute couture
\nThat seemed most ready-made<\/p>\n

Such smooth and downy elegance
\nWith moonlight’s silver sheen
\nThis fabric throughout fairyland
\nOn me just MUST be seen!<\/p>\n

For me to make a statement
\nI knew I could not share
\nI\u00e2\u20ac\u2122d need garments and accessories
\nAnd style beyond compare<\/p>\n

My fairy sweet acquired for me
\nThis robe of winter\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s bloom
\nBy picking all the plush supply
\nOf dandelion\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s plume<\/p>\n

I donned my soft and fluffy gown
\nAnd strutted with such pride
\nGrinned at my fairy sisters
\nWhose eyes beamed open wide!<\/p>\n

Winter fashion\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s highest prize
\nWould be mine this day\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6
\nBut then a mighty gust of wind
\nBlew all my my clothes away.<\/p>\n
